Does this have all the parts to attach or do you need to buy separate?
This would come with every bolt bracket and piece of fabric. It would treat the vehicle as if there is no top one it.

No, you cannot.

Will hardtop fit when soft top fabric is completely removed, but soft top hardware remains in place?
No. You will need to remove the hardware before installing a Hard Top.
