Description
The Crown Automotive Cab Cover should be in every Jeep that spends time with its top off or down. For overnight protection from wandering critters or falling tree debris or for that spur of the moment protection against mild rain or bad weather simply throw this over the vehicle and buckle down. The only thing required for installation is a couple minutes of your time. Straps are sewn to the door flaps to secure to the lower body in the case of wind.

This is the perfect solution for covering your Jeep quickly when going topless. It fits pretty well on my cj7 but I wouldn’t say perfectly. The hooks on the bottoms don’t reach all the way but I just ran a small bungee cord to the undercarriage. There is also a gap around the front of the door opening but it’s not a big deal. It does a good job of keeping rain and debris out even in big storms. Overall, It meets the intended purpose.

How does the top attach to the rear quarter panels and back of Jeep? I have a hard top and no soft top on my CJ7 1983 Laredo.
There are straps that are sewn into the rear corners that loop around the tail lights and keep the cover pulled out to the edges. There are plastic tabs that are also sewn in to snap into the rail system #11033.0107 that is used for other accessories such as tonneau covers and soft tops. You definitely get a better seal with the tub rail installed but can get some coverage without just by using the straps.
