Worked wheel on Dana 44 Aluminum/HD rear axle on Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ

The plate and studs that holds the bearing assembly in place is junk. Upon tightening in incremental steps, 2 of the studs started spinning. I had to cut the bolts off and purchase grade A bolts and nuts. I wish I would have used my stock plates. Will quadratec.com stand by this product they sell? We shall see. I can't seem to contact a human being as of this writing.
