- Purchase any 4 Skyjacker Hydro or Nitro Shocks March 1st - May 31st, 2008.
- Completely fill out all the information requested on the rebate form (please print legibly).
- Submit a clean, clear copy of the original receipt.
- Cut off the original UPC symbol with shock part numbers from the flap of all 4 shock boxes.
- Mail all requested materials and information to:
