When I first received the call that I had won, I thought it was a bogus call because I did not clearly remember entering the contest. The person on the other end of the phone was really nice so I did not hang up on her. I told my wife that someone was on the phone telling me I had won a Jeep! My wife reminded me we had entered the contest with Quadratec when we ordered some parts for my existing Wrangler. After it finally hit me, a big smile began to grow and is still there. I am still having trouble believing it, and October 8th can not come quick enough.		When I was contacted by the Sweepstakes company to inform me that I'd won a prize in the Quadratec Double Jeep Giveaway, I was in disbelief. I thought maybe there were some smaller consolation prizes that I was not aware of like T-shirts or coffee mugs. This was not the case. I found out that I'd won the Grand Prize of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! I had never won anything this substantial in my life. Once I received the initial paperwork and a phone call from the folks at Quadratec, I was finally convinced that I'd actually won it. I've been buying parts from Quadratec for the past several years for my Red 1990 YJ and that's where I learned about the Sweepstakes. *I've always been happy with the service and quality from Quadratec, but winning a new JK 4 door is an unbelievably exciting bonus!*
Update from Erin: The Tent Sale event was a great time! It was definitely worth the trip from Tucson. The food, the music and the people were the best. Of course, I took advantage of the parts sale for both of my Jeep Wranglers! Thanks to everybody from Quadratec and a special thanks to your President, John Stewart. See you in Moab!		Update from Mark: We arrived in Philadelphia and were met by the Quadratec representative at mid-day on Friday. We spent Friday afternoon hanging out at Quadratec and taking care of the title transfer and registration for the new Wrangler. We met a bunch of great people from the Quadratec team as they prepared for the Annual Tent Sale planned for the next day. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome. Super bunch of people! On Saturday we arrived at the Quadratec headquarters and spent the day hanging out at the Tent Sale and Show & Shine. There was a lot of great stuff to look at with all the Jeeps and vendors on display. We were informed that the Jeep would be awarded at 2:00 PM. I was called up and presented with the keys to the 2011 Wrangler Unlimited. This was all very exciting. After the ceremony we met a lot of nice folks who were there for the sale. Quite a few people congratulated us and wished us a safe ride home to Wisconsin.
