Q. I did not get an Email Confirmation after placing an Order Online?
A. Some email providers may block or limit the emails that you can receive. If you do not receive
our order confirmation email and/or an order detail email, we recommend that you review your
order on the web site. You will be able to see the status of the entire order as well as the
status of the individual items on order. If your order is still on Manager Review after 24 hours
of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays), we would recommend that you contact
Quadratec at 800-745-6037 as we may need additional information to process your order
Q. How can I print a Gift Certificate when I order them by phone?
A. If you prefer to phone-in your gift certificate order, first download and print the Gift Certificate form (click here). Your Quadratec sales representative will give you an Activation Code to write on the Gift Certificate form. Once complete, you're all ready to give it as a gift!

Q. Does Quadratec use a secure server for my orders?
A. Yes! Ordering at Quadratec.com is fast and secure. All credit card transactions at Quadratec.com are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Q. Can I check the status of an order I placed?
A. We will send you an order acknowledgement email promptly after receiving your order on the web
site, so you get verification that your order was properly received. We will also send you a
shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you.
You can also check your order status on-line. Use the My Account button on top of every page, email us or call us at (800)745-6037.
Q. How does the Instant Rebate Work?
A. With certain items you will see the "Instant Rebate" logo. When you click on this button, you recieve the
"Instant Rebated" price on that particular item. We do this so we can
offer our customers the best possible price.
Q. What is your guaranteed lowest price policy?
A. Quadratec will match a competitors delivered price, which will include shipping and tax, for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock and the price can be verified in a current catalog, web site, or advertisement.
The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction web sites, or clearance, closeout, discontinued, second, scratch and dent or are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor's catalog, web site, or ad. The price match guarantee can not be based on club or membership discounts or group buys and cannot be combined with any other offers.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Quadratec will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods. Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted.

A. Yes, Quadratec prints a variety of catalogs for different vehicle makes. Please click on Request a Catalog to request your free catalog.
Q. Does Quadratec ship orders to customers outside the USA?
A. Yes we do. Quadratec ships to customers all over the world every day. You can place your order on our web site, and we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to provide you with details about your order including freight charges and transit times. You can also email our International sales team at [email protected] , or call (610)701-3336 if you are outside the USA or Canada for details. For shipments to Canada the freight will be calculated at check-out. If there are exceptions to standard freight policy you will be contacted prior to order shipment. For orders from other regions please place your order online and you will be contacted with a shipping quote and the order will be held for customer approval.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Orders received before 3:30pm Eastern Time will ship the same business day on in stock items. Normal shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days.

Q. What does Quadratec do with back orders?
A. Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. Q. How do I update my account information?
A. During the check-out process log-in to your account as an existing customer and simply update your information. This information will be saved however, any changes made to your address may impact the delivery of unshipped items (back-orders or drop shipped items) from prior orders. Q. Do you have retail outlets?
A. We do not have retail outlets. However you are more than welcome to pick up your order at our West Chester (PA) location. Please call in your order ahead, so that we can have it ready for you to pick up.
Q. Where does Quadratec charge sales tax?
A. With the exception of a very small percentage of drop-ship orders, only orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania or Nevada will be charged a sales tax.
Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. Most orders will be shipped by FedEx.
Small items may ship via the Postal Service.
Hardtops ship by truck freight, we will contact you with the final cost.
