Will this work with the factory soft top folded down or does that need to be removed?
The soft top needs to be removed from the Jeep for the tonneau to fit. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this work with a Genright Full Roll Cage on a 2005 TJ?
Unfortunately this top will not. It is designed to fit on the factory installed sport cage only.
