Are these mirrors for off road purposes only or does this a combination with amber turn signals as well?
Oracle states that the lights on these mirrors are for offroad use only.

the mirrors have lights, so they are "powered", but are they "power mirrors"? can you adjust the mirror, up down from inside the cab?
Yes, this is just a replacement housing for the factory mirrors. So you would transfer all of your factory mirror internals over to this new housing and it will retain all the factory mirror functions.

Does this have the heated mirror option?
Yes, this will retain the factory heated mirror feature.
