Flex-a-lite 20 Ounce Expansion and Overflow Tank

This 20 ounce tank from Flex-a-lite is engineered to be used as either an expansion tank or an overflow tank. The Flex-a-lite expansion and overflow tanks match the engineering and appearance of the company’s Flex-a-fit® patented radiator sidetanks. They are made from a strong aluminum extrusion and are hand-welded and made in the USA. When used as an expansion tank, this system increases the overall coolant capacity. The zero-pressure cap that is included is used on the radiator and a pressurized cap will be used on the tank. The return at the bottom of the expansion tank must be tapped into the lower radiator hose with a Y adapter (sold separately). Tanks can also be used as a traditional overflow.
