Is this product effective in reducing the interior noise?
No. It cannot be used when a soft top or a hardtop would be on your Jeep. This top is padded to to have a little less wind buffeting than a tradionational bikini material thickness, but still require a windshield header channel to mount into place so it could not remain with a top in place for added acoustic benefit. Sorry for the inconvenience.
