Description
Built to withstand heavy offroad use, but also designed for great looks on the street. All front bumpers incorporate tapered ends for increased approach angles and fully welded 5/8" thick steel D-Ring Mounts. Hyline Offroad's unique original design allows you to install your winch after mounting the bumper to the vehicle and also provides pre-threaded holes to mount your license plate. Hyline Offroad's bumpers are CNC laser cut, bent, robotically welded, and then finished with rust inhibitive E-Coating and textured black powder coated. You truly get the best of everything with this bumper. Fits all 87-06 Wrangler model years.

This bumper is nice and heavy! If you want one you had better get it, Hyline has already discontinued the rear bumper for the Jeep TJ.

Great Quality Build and Finish.
Very simple painless installation.
Absolutely made in the USA you pay for that but you’re getting great quality and supporting domestic jobs.
Definitely would recommend to any TJ/YJ owner. Wish I had that bumper when the offender tapped my from drivers 1/4 panel.

Questions

Is the bumper stong enough for flat-towing if the D-rings are used to connect a tow bar?
The D-ring shackle tabs are designed and engineered for recovery circumstances only and a tow bar for flat towing should not be directly attached to those mounting points. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I have installed the HyLine OffRoad 250100110 Front Winch Bumper on my TJ and I am wondering what the thread-size is for the license plate screw holes and also the thread size for the two light mount holes on each top-side of this bumper? I can't seem to find the info anywhere. thanks!
The license plate holes are threaded 1/4-20. The light tabs on the winch guard are .525". Thank you for the question.
