Rugged Ridge 11504.15 Black Textured Rocker Panel Guards for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ

I really like the look of these. The square step/lip really gives it a more modern integrated look vs a standard tube. The build quality is fine and materials/hardware are pretty stout. Where I took off 2 stars is with the installation instructions and this is a huge issue with these. If you look around the web, most places/people seem to be complaining about not enough nutserts being included. The issue is the installation instructions show them sliders mounted backwards. When doing this, 3 of the bolt locations will not be accessible from in the cab vs only 1 for 03 and up. It really surprise me how much of an impact this misinformation has caused. The image here on Quadratec is correct as are the PDF instructions linked but these are not the same instructions that I received direct from Rugged Ridge. This detail is causing hundreds if not thousands of owners to drill in the wrong place so be warned.
