Rugged Ridge 11546.20 Xtreme Heavy Duty Rear Bumper for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned on the mechanical fit but was pleased to find that the specifications were within tolerances and I was able to do the installation by myself following the instructions. The key for me was the loose fitting before tightening everything down. The look and durability are a big improvement. The stock J hook was a bit of a challenge which I conquered with the saws all. Definitely worth it!

It provides rear protection for my vehicle.

Like most things Rugged RIdge the fit is "okay", it's not perfect but didn't require any grinding like the front XHD bumper. Only complaint is they shipped it assembled, though while helpful looking, not practical. In order to mount the frame brackets you need to de-assemble them and the D-Ring mounts. Not a total pain, but was not expected and at least the bolts were not torqued. Lastly RR never includes Torque specifications on bolts so it's a craps shoot with them. I will say this bumper is heavy as hell! Much beefier than the stock garbage though and glad it now matches my XHD front.
