Description

Built to withstand the harshest terrain with improved approach angles. The main bumper bar is constructed of 2" x .120-wall steel tubing with 1.75" x 0.120-wall pre-runner tubes and 1.25" 0.120-wall side braces. Features fully welded 3/16 thick frame mounting plates that attach to the factory mount points. Other features include tow hook mounts (sold separately) and two auxiliary light mount tabs. The winch platform is constructed of 1/4" thick laser-cut steel and with bolt pattern to accept all Quadratec Q-series winches and most other brands. Bumpers have a powder coated gloss black finish for durability lasting good looks and include all mounting hardware. Skid Plate sold separately.

Details

Rusty's pre-runner bumper is built to withstand the harshest terrain in Baja while providing the strength and protection you demand. It is also designed to improve approach angles, so there's no risk of getting hung up when the going gets rough. The main bar is constructed of 2" x .120-wall steel tubing, while pre-runner bar is constructed of 1.75" x 0.120-wall tubing. The side braces are 1.25" 0.120-wall tubing. This structure is welded to the frame mounting plates, which are 3/16" thick steel and attach to the factory bumper mounting points. The frame plates also have provisions for mounting tow hooks. There are even two light tabs for mounting a pair of off-road lights.
The winch cradle is constructed of 1/4" thick laser-cut steel and has the proper bolt pattern to accept most electric winches along with either a roller or a hawse-style fairlead. All of Rusty's bumpers are powder coated black for durability and a clean look; custom colors can be special ordered.
