Powder coated steal universal mounting plate easily attaches to your Wrangler Roof Rack, Gladiator Bed Rack: ATV rack, UTV frame, trailer wall, etc. Mounting plate dimensions are 24"x7"x.078" (14 gauge). Holds 2 gallon combos or 4 gallon packs. (use Single Mounting Plate for 1, 1.75, 3 and 2 gallon single packs)

Quality product made in USA
Seems well-made, and powder coating appears durable. Holes for mounting Rotopax pack mounts are machined too small; I managed to get one set of bolts threaded through (in the "slotted" set of holes), but needed to expand the other set of holes before the bolts that came with the pack mounts would pass through at all.
