If you rock crawl your TJ up or down a steep incline for any length of time, the transmission fluid runs to either end of the oil pan. Without having extra fluid, your automatic transmission may run dry, shutting itself down (it feels like you're in neutral). With Skyjacker's High Capacity Oil Pan, you'll have more fluid to help prevent this from happening to you. The additional fluid will also help keep the transmission cooler.

Nice quality pan, deeper sump will help prevent "false neutral" when rock climbing. Gives you everything needed to install it. I like the fact that it has a drain plug which makes fluid changes easier.
