Too many exposed, unprotected Jeep oil pans have fallen victim to road debris and other highway hazards. Rocks on trails are the expected hazards. Don't take the risk, protect your Oil Pan with the low cost, simple solution. No hardware is required to install, and no tools are necessary! Simply use 5 minute permanent adhesive. The open design allows accumulated dirt to be simply washed out from open the front through to the open rear. There is no chance of rusting out oil pan with clogged soggy dirt and trash. Features easy access to the oil drain plug.

The Wranglers and Cherokees with the 4.0 engine do not come with an engine oil pan guard. This plate is designed to protect the oil pan from flying debris impacts both on and off the trail. Take a look from the contact path of your front tires up towards the oil pan, anything flipped up by the tire has a direct shot at the pan. This plate is made from 1/8" steel plate and is bonded to the oil pan with adhesive. Direction should be followed with installation, and once properly installed is nearly imposable to remove. Does not interfere with oil drain.
