Description
All of our rocker panel guards are made of 3/16" thick steel and have holes along the bottom for your Hi-Lift Jack® to prevent it from slipping while you're jacking up your Jeep. Installation requires some drilling along the sides, but all of the holes can be easily accessed from inside to make the job easier. All hardware is provided including stainless steel bolts for the sides.
The two rear-most body mounts under each rocker panel are also utilized to add strength and to eliminate the need to drill through the floor. These two body mounts will need to be shortened for installation. Owners of Rubicon or Willys models can even use some of the mounting hardware from their original rocker guards since holes are provided along the bottom of the guards for this purpose.
Tough Stuff Rocker Guard Paint Protector recommended.
