Excellent purchase as updating the OEM navigation is a nightmare, it also beats using cup mounted cellphone holders.

I had previously purchased a Daystar® KJ71057BK Upper Dash Panel with Large Cell Phone / GPS Mount for 11-17 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK for one of my Jeeps but it doesn't fit my large iPhone 7 Plus. Fortunately, one of us has a smaller phone and it fits ok. This product says that it fits much larger phones, but my question is will it fit the iPhone 7 Plus which is about 6 1/2 inches tall in the case when the mount is turned in the upright position? The other mount I bought will not even hold a smaller phone upright, it has to be sideways and that's a huge problem. I think this mount looks very large and it's expensive, so your assistance is much appreciated before I spend the time and money. Thank you.
Hello, this has a spring loaded arm that extends out to 3.5" I.D. from a collapsed size of 2.3125" I.D. It rotates and can hold the phone by the sides while it is in an upright position. Thank you for your question.
