The Intra-Pod's sealed air chamber design provides high quality audio response with very tight bass. The amp cavity is recessed in the base of the unit and is vented to keep your amplifier running cool.
Various methods of integration with your existing audio system are included in the installation instructions. Amplifier cavity measures 8" W x 11" L x 3.25" D with a grommet hole leading to the speaker chamber for wiring. The sealed inner chamber volume is approximately .53 cubic feet. Maximum speaker mounting depth is around 8" with a maximum magnet diameter of about 5-3/8".

This fits great in my 92 Wrangler. I installed my own amp underneath it and installed the sub. It's ideal for hiding everything. It has a decent amount of internal storage. However, the tabs that you screw attach it to the Jeep are thin plastic. If you lean on the console, it will snap them off easily. I actually had the first one stolen...they cut the wires, ripped it out, and took the whole console with amp and sub. I did buy it again because it's ideal for hiding the stereo equipment.
