Description

I replaced the open diff in my '08 JKU Sahara with this locker two years ago. Engages and disengages smoothly. Has been wheeled hard a handful of times with no issues. Paired with Yukon chrome moly axel shafts and 4.88 gears on 35s. I have full confidence in this unit with this setup.

Mechanic got the locker installed, and it won't lock at below 20mph. Eaton was great to troubleshoot with the mechanic and say the would warrant the part. Quadratec was super easy to deal with on it, and got a replacement out the same day. I am still stuck paying the labor to swap the defective part. Confident it will he a great addition to the Jeep when we get it squared away.

I am confused. This locker is for all gear ratios as long as it's a non rubi. Going to 488 gears
JK non Rubicon Dana 44 can use this locker with any of the available gear ratios. Dana 44 Non JK model years the gear must be 3.73 or lower numerically. Sorry for any confusion and thanks for your inquiry.

Will this work with a 5.13 gear set on a non rubicon jeep jk Dana 44 rear?
