Traditional extreme' kits choose to put their arms wherever they can fit, or whatever looks cool. This type of system yields performance that is less than desirable. When we designed the MAX-LCG suspension system our goal was to make the ultimate system that addressed every aspect of off road performance without compromising any performance or handling.
The LCG Suspension System uses a lower long arm design that incorporates our Monster FlexArms. The upper arms are replaced by a triangulated four-link front and rear, eliminating both front and rear trackbars. The rear upper features an industry innovation with an adjustable anti-squat bracket that allows users to fine tune their suspension to their needs and desires.
The MAX system is designed as a complete kit with all necessary componentry including lower long arms, triangulated upper arms, bracketry, high steer system, hardware and shocks. This complete kit will fit all TJ Wranglers including the Rubicon and Unlimited with OEM axles (Dana 30, 35, 44 and Rubicon 44s). Note: The MAX LCG system doe NOT fit vehicles with aftermarket high pinion front axles.
The front upper frame bracket is easy to locate and mount. After the bracket is properly positioned, stitch welds will securely hold the bracketry in place. The bracket is CAD developed, CNC laser cut and bent from 3/16 steel for superior lateral strength. (See Additional Images)
The front four-link upper suspension eliminates the trackbar. The true triangulated fourlink properly and securely centers the axle, providing the lateral support needed to keep the axle from walking under'. It also allows the axle full range of movement during suspension travel with no restriction of motion. (See Additional Images)
The rear upper adjustable anti-squat bracket allows users to customize the rear anti-squat characteristics according to their driving style, tire size & wheelbase. Move the FlexArm up for less anti-squat, or move it down for more anti-squat. (See Additional Images)
The heavy duty rear four-link upper suspension truss properly locates the axle under the vehicle and is designed to withstand the high torque loads that get transferred to the suspension points. The truss is specially designed for multiple applications. (See Additional Images)
