Synergy Manufacturing Front Axle Assurance Kit for 84-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ, TJ Unlimited, Cherokee XJ, Comanchee MJ & Grand Cherokee ZJ with Dana 30 Front Axle

The Axle Assurance Kit is designed to strengthen the D30 front axle found in the front of the Jeep® TJ, LJ, XJ, and ZJ before it is bent/broken from the abuses of large tires and off road use. The Inner Axle Sleeves provide a 59% increase in strength over the stock axle tubes by being machined to fit snugly inside, increasing the overall tube thickness. The Inner C Gussets are laser cut and CNC bent in a heavy duty 3-sided construction to reinforce the Inner C's in the two planes prone to bending. The Lower Control Arm Skids are also laser cut and CNC bent to provide a very rigid bracket protecting the lower control arms and axle mounts. Installation of HD Ball Joints at this time to further extend the life of the axle is recommended.
