Bestop 5124501 Driver Side Seat Slider with Adapter for 03-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ & Unlimited

Bought these to make the install easier. I’ve got a tuffy lock box under the drivers seat and that made getting to the inboard bolts a real pain to get them back in and snugged down. But it’s doable. Best way to mount the bestop seats, but pricey.

Bought both driver and passenger. The passenger one installation was relatively straight forward and fit well. They both came with all new hardware, so that was a plus. However, the driver one did not fit the seat's bolt holes. It was several minutes of trying before I realized that the entire thing was not square. (Thank goodness I did the correct one first!) I had to "persuade" it quite a bit with a large mallet back to square so it would fit the seat. Then after everything was installed in the Jeep, the slides did not work because they were not "square enough". I had to uninstall everything, re-square it and re-install. All the bolts were tight and the shipping package looked good, so I can only assume it was assembled incorrectly at the factory.

Driver adapter doesn't line up correctly. Seat sits at 90 degrees and won't recline as it hits the roll bar. Working with Bestop for a fit.
