Does this compressor come pre-filled with oil?
These have a small amount of oil in them for testing and to coat the parts to prevent corrosion during storage. Once installed you should evacuate the system, hold it under vacuum for at least 30 minutes, then fill the system with the appropriate amount of oil (and dye if desired) and refrigerant.
