Weber K553 32/36 DGEV Carburetor for 45-69 Jeep with 4 Cylinder (134c.i.) & L Style Heads

Quadratec Part #: 51312-50
Weber Part #: K553
Description
Drawing on years of off-road, race-proven experience, these 2-Barrel carburetor kits can deliver more horsepower, fuel economy & dependability than stock units. The 32/36 DGEV conversions can deliver up to 18% hp increases over factory carburetors as well as up to 10-20% in fuel economy (depending on driving style). With a slight sacrifice in fuel economy, the larger 38 DGES carburetor provides more brisk acceleration & more bottom-end torque while maintaining the same top-end performance as the 32/36 DGEV carburetors.
Experience significant gains in torque & driveability and better acceleration without flat spots. These retro-fit carburetor conversion kits are designed to replace the sometimes problematic Carter or Rochester carburetors without replacing intake manifolds. Not legal for highway use in California.

CARB Notice

  • Legal in California, or other states adopting California emissions standards, only for racing vehicles that may never be used, registered or licensed for use, upon a highway. Can not be shipped to California residents.
