Crown Automotive 52018176K Complete Exhaust Kit for 93-95 Wrangler YJ with 4.0L 6 Cylinder Engine

Initially everything started off well, with removal of the old exhaust, and then laying out the new pieces to gauge size. It appeared at first to be an exact fit. I then noticed my rear hanger was different than the one sent. I figured I would somehow make that work when the time came. I will also add there are NO instructions supplied so I recommend reaching out to friends or videos for a refresh before starting. The first piece + flange mounted well but from there it started to go sideways. The muffler didn’t slide over the car easily and when I went to try an remove the end of the muffler separated. I figured well, once I get it all together it will stay together but I just have to tap and seal that back. Well, I on the way to the auto parts store for a new muffler because after NOT being able to remove the muffler I decided to cut it out. The only problem was getting the smaller piece out which further made that end FUBAR. Another piece that was sent that was the wrong size was a clamp. I did my homework on this kit and basically it is sold through various suppliers so quadratec has really isn’t at fault here and technically I pooched the end but just check, check, and double check when doing your project. The kit fit well. It needed some trimming. The converter is not CARB legal and I had to go CA legal one installed. After a week, it looks like the weld on the muffler are broken loose on the intake side. Save a few headaches and look locally or buy a better kit.
