Description
Rock Hard Cherokee XJ Rear Bumper are made out of 3/16" x 2" x 4" thick tubing in the center and with outter edges that are made of 1/4" plate. This bumper also comes with (2)-5/8" x 2-1/2" CNC D-Ring Shackle mounts with tabs that are welded on front, go through bumper and then welded on the backside too. This bumper does not accept a tire carrier.

Does this bumper come with the cb antenna mount? If not, are there pre drilled holes for a specific mount?
This bumper does Not include the CB antenna mounts and it is Not pre-drilled for them.

Does this bumper come with the side caps that extend around the back of the XJ? By the photos, it looks like it does which might account for the high price. ;)
This rear bumper does wrap around the corners of the Cherokee and extend to the rear fender flares.
