The new Amplified Road Thunder enclosures include an on-board, 200 watt, Class D amplifier. The highly efficient amp is optimized for use with the latest subwoofer technology, Road Thunder High-performance subwoofers, which come installed in the enclosure. You get deep, low bass without having to wire in a separate amplifier, and MTX's Smart Engage™ circuitry eliminates the need to remove the factory head unit during most installs. These enclosures feature a proprietary woofer design utilizing a .35 ohms for a single woofer, .7 ohm in parallel for dual woofers. With the included EBC (External Bass Control), you can adjust the bass from the driver's seat.
