OMIX 17613.12 Y-Pipe Exhaust for 76-78 Jeep CJ-7 with 5.0L Engine & T150 Three Speed Manual Transmission

So I used this on a 1974 CJ5 with a AMC 304 V8 matted to a T15 3spd transmission with a D20 transfer case. while I gave this a 4 star rating it is NOT a bolt on and forget it Y-Pipe. I had to "Tweak" this a bit to get it to work for my application. All of that it is still a better design than the stock Y-Pipe which used smaller diameter tubing and a T-fitting as the crossover. I had no issues custom fitting this to my application. The quality of this Y-Pipe is very good. If you don't mind a bit of cutting and welding it will due. Sadly there are NO direct bolt on Y-Pipes for the 73'-75' CJ5's fitted with the AMC 304 V-8's. The drivers side down tube is very close to the frame rail which required a bit of hammering to gain extra space as well the Passenger side bends under the front drive shaft and is very close to that drive shaft.

Again the 5 star rating was for quality of the product NOT fit, I bought this part knowing that it may not fit my application.
