Quadratec On Board Air System with Tank for 07-11 Jeep Wrangler JK

Our complete On Board Air System was developed specifically for the Wrangler JK. Quadratec has teamed up with Dominion Off Road to offer the ultimate value in a true on board system that's simple to install and convenient to use. The heart of the system is the Viair 400C compressor that's quick and efficient with a massive 2.54 CFM flow rating. The compressor and bracket bolt to the brake master cylinder studs providing the ideal location. The aluminum air junction box distributes compressed air to the tank, under hood gauge, in cab gauge, air lockers (if fitted) and the brass air coupler that's located at the driver side interior kick panel. Kits include a custom 2 gallon steel air tank that bolts to the frame cross-member between the radiator and the engine. When we say complete we mean it! Kits come with all the necessary tubing fittings, plugs, petcock, tubing, hoses, pressure valve, wiring, in-cab switch, installation instructions. and more. We've taken all of the guess work out of the project without having to fabricate parts. Note: The optional mounting of the in-cab air pressure gauge and compressor on/off switch as shown, requires simple modification to the “A” pillar interior plastic. Kits are also available without a 2 gallon air tank reservoir feature.
