This one part number is all that you need, you'll get the complete AiROCK™ kit to convert the JK Wrangler 2 door or 4 door to a full air suspension system. This kit includes an ORO designed system to mount the York belt driven air compressor to the front of the 3.8L V-6 engine. All of the air management items are included, such as mounting brackets, a pair of quick couplers for tire inflation or running air tools, and brackets to mount the couplers to the kick panels at the door strap retainers. There is no fabrication required to install this kit.

This kit is currently designed and built for the Jeep Wrangler JK's that have the OE Rubicon Edition "SmartBar" electronic disconnect anti sway bar. Included in the kit is longer linkage to connect the swaybar to the axle. However there is no provision to allow a quick disconnect, so JK's without the "SmartBar" may need additional parts to allow anti sway bar disconnection.
A Stock 4-door Rubicon with Stock wheels, with AiROCK™ installed delivers the following heights. These measurements are from the ground to the bottom center of the drivers door, not to the sill:
All down, 26 1/4"
On Road height, 28"
Off Road height, 28 3/4"
All up height, 32"
An optional setting is provided to automatically lower beyond the All Down setting when the ignition Key is turned off. This can be set to a step-in height as low as 25 1/2".
Please note, these numbers are typical, but your numbers may vary slightly. The shocks allow 9 1/2" of travel, however the AiROCK™ ACU will not force them to full extension or full compression. The "normal operating range" of the AiROCK™ will generate approximately 7" of vertical movement, but during flex or articulation the full 9 1/2" will be used.
All parts are included for installation on JKs with "SmartBar". Nothing else is needed to convert to full AiROCK™ with this kit.
The kit comes with a York belt driven air compressor and does not require any A/C line rework or inner fender structure redesign to work.
A complete air supply harness is included, as well as a "York saver" LED compressor warning light. This light will turn green when the compressor turns on and turn off when it turns off. If the light comes on for more than 15 seconds (typically due to a line or other component failure) then the light will turn red, warning you to shut down the compressor or you may cause serious compressor damage. There is no separate switch in this circuit, the compressor will turn on whenever the pressure is low enough to turn it on when the engine is running.
This can be installed in a driveway with about 10-15 hours of work.
This kit will clear 37" tires. Tires with more face width or more aggressive lugs might contact rear fender flare and might require additional trimming. ALL tires larger than 33" will require the forward opening of the rear wheel well and rocker guards to be trimmed for clearance.
No adjustable track bars or control arms are required if you retain the stock drive shafts.
Most of the parts come 'pre-assembled' such as all the fittings on the filters. You simply "plug-n-play".
During calibration the AiROCK™ ACU automatically sets the initial on and off-road ride heights. The on-road height is approximately 1" over stock ride height. These heights can be adjusted after calibration at any time.
