This light is bright and well made love the black backing instead of the standard chrome. Haven’t really noticed any whistling, but the silencers on the back fins have a tendency to fall out so when cleaning be mindful already lost one.

The light bar is great, nice look bright lite. I had to return back because of the noise issue I having.
