Bestop® 30-oz. triple-layer Black Twill fabric Replace-a Top has superior durability to other fabrics used on Jeep® soft tops. This is the same Black Twill fabric that's found on high-end sports and luxury cars like BMW and Rolls Royce. It features a smooth wrinkle-resistant appearance and contains no PVC's. The new fabric is much more flexible with a softer feel and superior cold-weather performance even when compared to sailcloth fabric. The industry-leading 40-mil, D.O.T. approved vinyl side and rear windows have 31% tint to help keep interior cooler in warm weather. Removable and replaceable side and rear windows feature top of the line YKK scoop count zippers as well as extended surface heat-sealing for strength and protection from climate extremes. The top uses 135 gauge polyester industrial thread throughout with finished seams for lifelong durability. Premium factory style hardware is black powder-coated for corrosion and scratch resistance. Features also include a Bestop exclusive Top Arch Bar, Quick-release Bow Knuckles and adjustable tensioning, just like standard Supertop NX.
