Description
The 2.5" lift kit is an ultra simple lift kit designed for the serious no-frills four wheeling reminiscent of the old days. Build up the legend and go for a drive! The 2.5" of lift is the perfect amount to allow you to run a 35" tire, and give the maximum wheel travel and articulation. Perfect for all daily driven Wranglers. The kit is available in three configurations for your desired performance level. This kit with adapters will allow you to utilize the factory shock absorbers, which is highly recommended for Rubicon Models. Bolt it on, and get on the trail! This kit will allow you to run up to a 35" tire (aftermarket wheels with 4.5" backspacing or less are required). Fits all JK Wranglers including Rubicon and Unlimited.

Check out the optional AEV ProCAL Module, a great finishing touch to any lift kit as it can reprogram your vehicles computer compensating for gear ratio and tire size changes after lift kit installation not to mention many other additional features.

Many states have laws that limit the maximum height of a lifted vehicle. Never exceed the legal height limit.

Best lift kit I've ever purchased. took me and a friend about 6 hours to install on jack stands. No drilling was required, all parts bolted up to the stock axles and frame. would recommend installing the Teraflex lower control arms for the front and and upper rear controls arms to fix alignment issues.

Really happy with the 2.5” Lift kit for my 2012 JKU. Finished the install in 10 hours. Rear on Saturday and Front on Sunday.
I documented the job for anyone interested. I am a garage rookie, so what I learned may help others.

Took my time and did the install over two days doing the rear first product is 100% quality so is the company after receiving cross threaded Hardware for the rear axle track bar bracket I contacted Teraflex and they immediately sent out a new hardware pack free of charge. Gained 3 inches in the front and rear and it's been over a week of settling. The instructions you may receive could be dated and you're better off using the many YouTube videos out there for a step-by-step install. Ride quality is good

Installed heavy winch bumper with winch...will this take the droop out of my front end? and should I install the .75" spring spacer to help with factory rack angle?
Yes, the use of an added spacer as long as it is .75" or smaller in height should be okay for helping to offset some of the droop in front from added weight. Thanks for your inquiry.
I want to install the air lift 1000 air bags with the TF 2.5” spring lift. The lift kit comes with spring retainers for the rear in which the bolt fills the hole where the air bag hose is supposed to run through. It seems like I have two possibilities. One is to run the hose out of the top, thereby installing the air bags upside down from instructions. Not sure why this wouldn’t work. The other would be not using the spring retainers and installing the bags as per the instructions. Thoughts?
Take this into consideration while driving. Do not add, alter or fabricate any factory or aftermarket parts to increase vehicle height over the intended height of the Tera Manufacturing product purchased. Mixing component brand is not recommended. Thanks for your inquiry.
Is there a need for exhaust brackets for this Lift kit?
They are not required with a 2.5" lift. Any larger, they should be used. Thanks for your inquiry.
