OMIX Heater Blower Motor Reviews
This was a direct bolt in 12-volt replacement for the original 24-volt blower motor in my 1967 Kaiser Jeep M715. I purchased this motor as part of my wiring conversion to a 12-volt setup.
The motor is larger than the standard blower motor requiring the fabrication of a jig and a 3.25 inch carbide hole saw. The hole in the firewall must be carefully enlarged to accept the larger motor. What is listed as a 1-3 hour "drilling may be required" installation is actual a 1-2 day installation (once you include the trips to the hardware store & jig fabrication). Hole saw and jig material adds another $30+ to the price.
