Poly Performance Jeep JK Stage 3 Synergy Suspension System

Quadratec was fortunate enough to get there hands on a Poly Performance Jeep JK Stage 3 Synergy Suspension System and hand the chance to install it on a lightly wheeled stock configuration 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Considering the Poly Performance Jeep JK Stage 3 Synergy Suspension System is a complete lift kit with coils, shocks, brake line, trackbar relocation brackets and control arms. It was nice to see it all go on so smoothly.

Starting in the Rear of the Jeep we installed the Poly Performance Jeep JK Rear Track Bar Bracket. Using this bracket we where able to raise the roll center of the Jeep which reduces vehicle body roll and dramatically improves overall handling. We where also able to use the stock trackbars in the process.

We also used the Poly Performance Jeep JK Rear Lower Shock Mount Kit which are also included in the kit which relocates the rear lower shock mounts for increased ground clearance. Another great feature.

Finally we where able to install the Rear Bump Stop which are angled so they don't hit the Rear Passenger Track Bar Frame mounting location for when you rear pinion is to set to proper angle.

Another Great feature of the kit is the Poly Performance Double Adjuster Sleeve & Pinch Bolt Assembly on the control arms which allows for adjustment of control arm length without removing control arm mounting bolts

After getting the control arms setup we installed the Coils & Shocks. Poly Performance uses a Progressively wound Coil which keeps the coil from coming unbound at suspension droop and eliminates annoying spring clanking.

We also used the Poly Performance Jeep JK Synergy Shock Set which are a Digressive piston (both comp & reb sides) Valved specifically for the Jeep JK and they provided a smooth ride on and off the highway.

Another nice find in this kit where the Poly Performance Rear Sway Bar Links. Backspacing & Tire size can cause real problems on the new JK Rear Sway bar system. By using narrow hemi-joints clearance wasn't a problem.

Switching to the front side we installed the Poly Performance Jeep JK Front Track Bar Bracket. Again this raises the rollcenter which reduces vehicle body roll because, this matches the rear handling is dramatically improved.

The Poly Performance Jeep JK Front Track Bar Bracket also relocates the factory or aftermarket steering stabilizer up and out of harms way.

When using the Poly Performance Jeep JK Front Track Bar Bracket, The Poly Performance Jeep JK High Steer Drag Link Kit is needed but since this provides the appropriate angles after this lift, handling is unnoticed.

The Poly Performance Jeep JK Front Bump Stops are just as high quality as the rear. Made from high grade 6061 Billet Aluminum material with a hard anodized finish

Poly Performance of course uses the same Double Adjuster Sleeve & Pinch Bolt Assembly on the control arms, progressively wound coils & digressive piston Shocks in the front as in the rear.

Finally, installing the Poly Performance Jeep JK Extended Brake Lines front & rear. was all that was needed.

All in all the Poly Performance Jeep JK Stage 3 Synergy Suspension System is pretty complete and rides great for a lifted Jeep.
