Rebate Instructions:
Fill out and Mail completed rebate form, original proof of purchase (receipt) for AEM product(s) and the UPC from each package to the address below. Failure to complete this procedure will void your eligibility to receive this factory rebate. Incomplete forms will not be processed or returned.

Terms and Conditions:
Customer must verify which AEM retailer the purchase was made from. Rebate offer good on AEM products only. Not valid with any other discount, coupon, offer, prior purchase, exchange or refund. Rebate is NOT redeemable for cash. Offer valid from 10-01-2008 through 10-31-2008. Rebate value will be 10% of AEM Product purchase price only and will not include shipping, handling or taxes. Rebate submission must be submitted within 30 days of the end of this promotion to be redeemable. AEM reserves the right to cancel this REBATE OFFER at anytime, for any reason.
