To receive your $100 or $50 rebate, please follow these steps:
- Purchase one of the qualifying Bestop Supertop, Replace-a-top, or Sailcloth Replace-a-top products listed between 9/1/2008 and 12/31/2008. Request must be postmarked by 1/31/2009.
- Fill out this form completely (please print clearly)
- Circle the qualifying purchase on your dated sales receipt, invoice or packing slip.
- Include the original product label which shows the UPC code, product part number and brief product description, located on the outside of product package.
- In one envelope, mail this completed original rebate form, dated sales receipt, invoice or packing slip, and the original product label described above to:
