DynoMax® Power Offer Promotion

DynoMax® Power Offer Mail In Rebate Official Rules:

1. You must mail the original or a copy of the dated sales receipt with the store identification verifying the purchase of the qualifying product. The product part number must be identified on the sales receipt. This form must be filled out completely and legibly. Visibly altered documentation will not be honored. This offer does not apply to installations when product is being replaced under warranty.


2. Send this completed form and required proof-of-purchase (dated sales receipt) to the address indicated below. Requests must be postmarked by November 17, 2008. Tenneco is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail, and all proofs-of-purchase become the property of Tenneco and will not be returned. Please retain copies for your files.


3. Offer good only in the USA at participating locations. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Only one (1) redemption per claim form. Offer limited to one (1) redemption per household and / or address. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing from receipt of redemption form and all required proofs-of-purchase.


4. The DynoMax "Power Offer" rebate check is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.


5. September 1 - October 31, 2008. Redemptions must be postmarked no later than November 17, 2008. Offer limited to one (1) redemption per household and / or address.
