Rebate Runs April 1st - April 30th 2008
Rebate submissions must be postmarked by May 15th, 2008. Invoice must be dated between
April 1st and April 30th,2008 to qualify for rebate. Consumer must send original copy of invoice
(no copies) and a completed rebate form.
Falsifying information is illegal and violators will be
prosecuted. A prepaid MasterCard® for the amount of the rebate will be issued to the consumer.
Card is accepted virtually everywhere MasterCard® debit cards are accepted.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Card terms and conditions apply.
The rebate amounts are as follows:
SLT Radial Sizes that are designated as 15.50" wide $200 per set (4 or more tires)
SLT Radial Sizes that are designated as 13.50" wide $100 per set (4 or more tires)
All Other Radial Tires $75 per set (4 or more tires)

- Offer open to consumers only. Employees, retailers, and distributors of Mickey Thompson products are not eligible.
- Mail in rebate offer is valid on a set of 4 or more tires. One rebate per vehicle.
- Valid only on purchases made between April 1st - April 30th, 2008.
- Sizes are strictly limited to inventory on hand, no substitutions, no rain checks.
- A prepaid MasterCard® for the amount of the rebate will be issued as payment. Card terms and conditions apply.
- Mail a copy of your original store invoice indicating date of purchase and products purchased along with this form. All purchases will be verified with the retailer to avoid fraud.
- All requests must be postmarked by May 30th 2008. Not responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or misdirected
mail. Please retain copies of all items sent for your records.
- Offer valid only in U.S.A. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
