The New Rugged Ridge Center Console Mount Switch Pod replaces your original equipment filler plate by simply popping the filler plate out and putting in the Switch Plate. Each Plate will hold up to 4 Switches (Not included) and is custom built for all 2007 thru 2010 Jeep Wranglers with an Automatic Transmission. The panel fits well in place of the factory panel. You have to use a box cutter to cut a hole for each switch. Cutting may sound like a hassle but if you only have 1-3 switches, the remaining spots look good. I am very happy with this purchase. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is bc the new plate does not come with clips to snap back in place. You have to transfer the clips from the existing plate to the new plate. If this installation took an hour, then 55 minutes was messing with clips. Otherwise, good fit, and a clean look.
