Are these for the upper and lower and are they sold individually

Can these be stacked to increase ride height? If so, what thickness is each isolator?
These are direct for the original spring Isolator and are not designed for stacking. The height of the spring contact area provide 5/8" of thickness. Thanks for your inquiry.

Are these needed with coil spacers in place? If so on top or bottom of coil spacers?
These can be used along with coil spacers, where 3/4" is needed to make the Jeep sit how you like it in conjunction with the rear springs. In many cases these are intended to be used with aftermarket spacers. the spacers should be placed on top of the OE isolators.
