All merchandise must be purchased for resale and we need your state sales tax number, as well as a copy of your state resale certificate or exemption certificate. In addition to your completed application, you may also be asked to provide photos of your business, trade references, or additional documentation.

An initial buy-in may be required.

Once you’ve submitted your New Customer Application, our management team will review. Upon approval, a sales representative will contact you within two business days.

DEALER QUALIFICATIONS

Quadratec Wholesale is a wholesale distribution company that specializes in automotive aftermarket products. Our mission is to support the Jeep, next-generation Bronco, and other similar off-road segments of the aftermarket. Quadratec strives to qualify and sell only to companies serving those markets at its sole discretion. Dealers must be a licensed automotive business with an operational retail showroom with public access, minimum 1,000 sq. ft. maintenance and repair facility, and/or an operational non-third party internet ecommerce website.

All forms must be completed in full and signed by an executive/owner/legal agent of the company applying for a wholesale account. When submitting your application on-line, please provide the following.

State Validation: Upload a copy of your state sales tax exemption certificate along with your permit or resale license.
Federal Validation: Upload a copy of your federal tax ID (EIN#) or a completed W9 document.

PRICING

Prices are listed or quoted at wholesale rates, do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties. Export orders may be subject to other special pricing (e.g. value added taxes, international processing fees, etc.).

APPROVED PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card: Card must belong to the business or the business owner. Quadratec Accepts: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
PayPal: Limited to product that is in-stock and ordered on the Quadratec Wholesale website.

FREIGHT POLICY

Contiguous U.S.: Freight will be prepaid on shipments of $200.00 or more, expedited or truck freight fees may apply. Shipments less than $200.00 will be charged $9.99 freight. No drop-ship fees are assessed on shipments from Quadratec wholesale warehouses. Expedited freight is available and price will be quoted at checkout on the wholesale website. Items that ship truck freight will have additional charges which will be calculated at checkout also.
AK, HI, PR, and International: Shipments outside the contiguous US will have freight charges calculated at check-out through the wholesale website. Expedited and truck freight additional charges may apply as above.
Prepaid freight carriers are selected at Quadratec’s discretion. Requests for designated carriers may require surcharges and will be accommodated in instances where discounts are not affected. Any shortages of L.T.L. shipped orders or damages must be reflected on the Bill of Lading to be considered for credit (count number of units received at time of receipt, write any discrepancies on Bill of Lading with driver’s signature of acceptance.)

ORDER TYPES

We suggest all ordering to be done via the wholesale website with a purchase order number in order to improve accuracy and documentation.

Orders may be also be placed by phone at 800-979-5857, or via email by emailing wholesale@quadratec.com. All orders must have a purchase order number.

ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS

Most orders placed by 3pm EST ship same day. Generally, once the order is placed, it cannot be changed.

In some cases, orders can be cancelled and/or modified. If Dealer contacts Quadratec Wholesale’s customer service department as soon as possible with a change request, it may be possible to amend the order. If we must make changes with the freight partner some fees may apply depending on the request.

PRODUCT RETURNS (Satisfaction Guarantee)

If you’re not happy with your purchase from Quadratec Wholesale for whatever reason, you can return new, unused and unaltered items, within ninety (90) days of delivery with zero restock fees. See return policy below for more detail.

RETURN POLICY

You must contact Quadratec Wholesale to receive an RMA (return materials authorization) number.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all instructions included, and no broken seals.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved by Quadratec, approved returns will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your return back to our warehouse. Items shipped COD will be rejected; however, if Quadratec shipped you items that you did not order we will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with getting your return back to our warehouse.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package.

DAMAGED GOODS

Let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. We ask for this critical notification information in writing (email) within three (3) business days of the delivery. Anything longer than three (3) business days may void any potential for a claim. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures, as this helps facilitate the claim process. All of the following provisions must apply in order for a damage claim to be considered and resolved:

If damage to the exterior packaging is excessive and there is reason to believe the product is damaged, DO NOT OPEN OR ACCEPT PACKAGE. We recommend refusing the delivery and contacting Quadratec Wholesale customer service immediately.
Product must be new and not installed to be eligible for a claim. If installed on the vehicle, it will void any further claim associated with damaged product and a carrier claim will not be filed.
Claims may be filed via the wholesale website, by phone 800-997-5857 Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00 EST or e-mail to wholesale@quadratec.com and provide the following information:
- PO number or Order number of damaged shipment
- Carrier
- Date of receipt
- Part numbers of damaged items
- A photo may be required of the exterior/interior packaging as received noting areas of damage
Acceptance of a carrier damage claim will be provided in writing with a return materials authorization number. Disposition of the product will also be provided.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Quadratec warrantees its private branded products for specific periods shown on the product’s packaging and installation instructions, and on the Quadratec website.

Most manufacturers offer a warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific branded item, please contact the manufacturer directly or Quadratec Wholesale for assistance.

Warranties do not cover issues determined to be caused by normal wear or due to user negligence or modification.

If a product needs to be returned for a warranty, the following procedure must be followed:

Any product requiring warranty consideration must first be reported to Quadratec by the customer or reseller.
Obtain an RMA number from Quadratec through the wholesale website, or by contacting Customer Service at 800-979-5857, or by email at wholesale@quadratec.com. Proof of purchase is required.
Upon contacting Quadratec, please be ready to provide your order number.
Once an RMA has been provided, the shipment is to be sent freight prepaid to Quadratec via the authorized carrier as determined by Quadratec.
Each return must be properly packaged to protect product from further damage, and each package must be labeled with the RMA number.
Credit will only be issued after items have been received, inspected and approved by Quadratec. The contact person will be notified by Quadratec of any items not being accepted or covered by warranty, and the reason for the rejection. Dealer will have the option of having that product returned at Dealer’s expense, or destroyed. It is the responsibility of the returning party to accurately determine the product in question has a material or manufacturing defect prior to sending a return.
Missing parts or missing hardware are not considered a reason for return. Replacement parts or hardware will be provided.

DNS OR DO NOT SELL PROGRAMS

If a manufacturer places a company on a DNS list, we will operate under the manufacturer’s rules and suspend wholesale discounts of that brand or product until notified from the manufacturer.

Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (UMAP) Policy

Quadratec® is committed to offering our dealers the best available combination of features and value in premium accessories for Jeep® vehicles. Quadratec recognizes the commitment dealers take on through Quadratec inventory, technical support and promotion. Your loyalty deserves our providing the tools needed to grow your Quadratec business and foster fair intra-brand competition. It follows, effective May 1, 2019 Quadratec products will be supported by an industry-proven Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“UMAP”).

SUMMARY OF Quadratec UMAP POLICY

As of May 1, 2019, all Quadratec®, Diver Down®, QuadraTop®, TacTik®, VersaHitch® and other Quadratec Branded products covered by our published UMAP Policy will only be available to qualified Quadratec Authorized Dealers who actively promote, meaningfully inventory, provide customer support, and responsibly advertise Quadratec branded products as a premium brand. This Policy and the UMAP pricing found on the Quadratec Wholesale Website are launched unilaterally and exclusively by Quadratec Inc. with the SKUs, UPC’s, and coordinated minimum advertised prices set forth. All UMAP prices can be found on the Quadratec Wholesale Website and the Quadratec Jobber Sheet; current price on Quadratec’s retail website prevails. Covered products may be updated from time to time to include without limitation new products, shifts in SKUs covered by UMAP, temporary market conditions, and special promotions/rebates. Support for this Policy will be monitored and unilaterally enforced by Quadratec and its agents.

Our UMAP policy neither solicits nor requires either express or implied agreement or joint action by Quadratec Authorized Dealers. UMAP applies to advertised prices and does not restrict a Quadratec Authorized Dealer’s right to directly negotiate with end customers the ultimate transaction/sales price (as opposed to advertised price) they see fit for their market.

Quadratec believes an effective UMAP policy should afford customers available inventory, a high level of product knowledge, technical support and disciplined, responsible, and fair advertising between physical Dealers and Authorized Dealers’ Internet storefronts. Our UMAP policy applies to all means of distribution and to all forms of advertisements, in any and all media, including without limitation; television, radio broadcasts, letters, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines and other periodicals, mail order and other catalogs, the Internet, enthusiasts' special forums or similar digital social media, podcasts, electronic mail (e-mail), solicitations, websites, host sites (including but not limited to those hosted by private proxy servers), and other forms of online storefronts, other print advertising, or public signage. This UMAP policy is not applicable to Point of Purchase or in-store advertising. Listing and/or advertising products on sites controlled or sponsored by Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Walmart, Jet, Raukuten, Sears, New Egg or other on-line marketplaces or auction sites is a violation of this UMAP policy.

Quadratec employees, agents, or other representatives are not authorized to make or discuss acceptance, negotiate with, or accept modified UMAP terms from any dealers or resellers.

Customer Agreement

I certify that the above application and all submitted information is truthful and correct to the best of my knowledge. Additionally, I understand that some products sold by Quadratec are designated for and limited to competition/off-road use only. Any other use, including recreational racing and off-road use may be in violation of local, state, and federal laws. Quadratec does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any product it sells on public roads, that is the entire responsibility of the consumer.

Indemnification: Dealer shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Quadratec from and against all suits, claims, losses, costs and expenses, even if such claims are groundless, fraudulent or false, arising out of any actual or alleged injury or death to any person, damage to any property, or any other damage or loss, any fine or penalty, resulting in whole or in part from: any alleged or actual breech of any representation or warranty described in this agreement; any design or construction defect in a product supplied to Quadratec by a company; or any breech of local, state, or federal laws or standards.

Intellectual Property Agreement

Quadratec, Inc. is heavily invested in producing and providing for your business use the best images, videos, data, and other unique marketing resources available. The following IP Agreement protects both you and Quadratec in regards to intellectual property.

I agree that the product information, copy, part numbers, application specs, data, product listing, photographs, images, videos, and all other Quadratec intellectual properties generated by Quadratec, used in Quadratec’s website, YouTube channel, e-commerce, paper & digital catalog, digital asset management sites, emails, monthly updates, and all other material are copyrighted property of Quadratec and cannot be distributed to others without written consent of Quadratec. By agreeing below, I understand and agree that for any product which the Quadratec intellectual property or marketing material is used to market and sell that specific product, the product sold to the customer/consumer must be purchased solely from Quadratec, Inc.

In the event that during the use of Quadratec’s intellectual property or marketing material my organization purchases the corresponding products from other parties in breach of this obligation, I acknowledge and agree that, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to Quadratec, Quadratec may, in its sole discretion and for the duration of its choosing, suspend our access to Quadratec’s wholesale website, e-commerce, data, and the marketing materials. This agreement will remain in force for as long as you use any Quadratec Intellectual Property.
