I have a 2022 Jeep rubicon gladiator, I’m wanting to put the 10000lbs steel cable stealth winch on the stock bumper . Before I purchase it what all do I need to do that.

I have a Jeep (2020) Gladiator Rubicon - would it require me to put a different bumper on to accommodate this wench?
Gladiator Rubicon with the modular metal series bumper can mount a winch with the following winch plate. Winch mount plate for Rubicon steel bumper. I have the Mopar HD bumper on the Call of Duty Rubicon. Can I still reach the clutch when it is installed inside the bumper?

If I mount the Q-Performance Stealth Winch front and rear will the wireless control operate their respective winches or will 1 remote want to operate both simultaneously?
