Will it work with a 2 door softtop

does the Garvin 20094 full rack work with the Bestop Sunrider for hardtops? Will I be able to and close the sunrider?

I have a 2018 4door JL with a soft top and would really like to add a open rack like this to haul kayak. This is only shown with hard top. Is there one available for soft top?
This rack is compatible with both the factory hardtop and soft top.
