Does this too easily fold down, or up.. like if bad weather is coming or if I want to put it down by myself fast?
The top fabric does not fold down like a traditional soft top. It would stay in place while the three rear windows would zip out making it like a bikini top.

No, this version does not. The Adventure Top S has a folding sun roof, but the Adventure Top does not
