Like most nick nack Jeep accessories the quality is poor and I'd like to think if the material was actually from the USA and the material was prepped properly this product might last more than a year in the elements before it would rust and need new paint.
For the record, my installation has this tray exposed 24/7.

I understand that the shelf's inside tray dimensions are 19.55" X 37.99". How tall above the shelf can an item be without interfering with either the roll bars or the soft top?
In the center of the rack approximately 13" of clearance that on the ends of the roll bar you lose approximately 1.5" -2" of clearance for around 11.5" of height. Thanks for your inquiry.

What is the weight limit it can hold?
These can handle 75-lbs evenly distributed across the tray.

What are the inside dimensions of the tray? And what is the weight limit of the tray? I regularly carry 2 scuba tanks in my Jeep and this looks like it would be good for strapping them down.
