The all-new GEN II QuadraTop is a complete soft top kit including Premium Sailcloth soft top material with tinted vinyl windows, soft top bow assemblies and all required hardware for installation. Designed for Wranglers purchased with just a hardtop or replacement for broken or damaged existing soft tops, our QuadraTop Complete Soft Top Kits are the perfect solution. The Gen II top features standardized scoop counted zippers, so windows are now easily replaceable on QuadraTop soft tops. All QuadraTops feature a limited three-year warranty against factory defects.

Which is the difference between "SOFTTOP IN BLACK DIAMOND" and "SOFT TOP IN PREMIUM SAILCLOTH"?
Premium Sailcloth fabric is vinyl is nature and the black diamond is the name of the color sailcloth material comes in. Sorry for any confusion.
So the description on this page states this is a complete kit with all the hardware. For those of us with only a hard top. The install instruction pdf linked say this requires the factory hardware and it is a replacement? Which is it?
