This NEW design swing out is attached to the rear door and opens with the door (the ladies will love it). With the snap in lock, you won't ever have to worry about the door and swing out hitting you in the butt when you are parked on a slope. This allows you to carry a oversize spare which you are unable to do with a stock tire mount. Just pull and release the lock to close you door.
